The grassroots climate plan will contain measures to cut back on CO₂e-emissions as fast and socially fair as possible. We are convinced that many intrinsic motivated groups have already been working on uncountable alternatives and ideas. In the grassroots climate plan these ideas should be collected and combined in form of precise measures.
So we ask NGOs, scientists, grassroots groups and groups of people directly affected by climate change to be part of the grassroots climate plan's development. The working process will be participative and transparent. In certain frequent intervals an actualized version of the plan will be released online to be commented publicly. The comments will be discussed and worked in if need be until the grassroots climate plan is finished.
The grassroots climate plan will be subdivided into the following categories:
- energy democracy
- fair dwelling and area planning
- fair mobility
- fair agriculture, alimentation sovereignty and forest use
- fair reproduction, production and consumption
- global justice and intersectionality
